Hotel staff were very kind and helpful, room was neat and tidy, position is close to the tram
Room was too small and the noise from the street was big.
good location (tram stom 200 m, metro 500m), clean, nice rooms, nice pool on the roof, nice stuff...
services and hotel staff were very good.
the room was small.
They keep whole hotel very clean. The restaurant is working 24/7 which we found very usefull once we got back from the city at two o'clock in the morning. The stuff in restaurant is very nice and polite.
Rooms are too small, and the picutres on the Internet does not show the real situation. They are taken smartly, so the one can get the wrong perception about the rooms.
The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable and we were shocked to see so many people at breakfast given that it was not noisy at all. However I did use earplugs during the night as didn't want to be woken by the call to prayer, but enjoyed the experience of hearing it at other times. Good value for money and great location, use the trams they're great.
The room was on the small side, but no big deal, we were just disappointed when going for a swim in the pool after a long days sight seeing, it was so cold it was painful, so we didn't do that again. Also lots of lovely desserts on the hotel menu which just didn't exist, only choice was rice pudding or rice pudding which was a shame as the food was o.k and reasonably priced.
Friendly staff, very good location next to all major sights. Very clean. Excellent swimming pool and turkish spa.
The rooms are very, very small. The bed it is uncomfortable. The acces to the swimming pool it is free only up to 16,00h. The Dream Restaurant it is like a canteen. The chambermaid woke us at 8.00 to cleaning the room. It is not a 4 stars hotel.
The loudness of the Mosque close to the Hotel 5-times a day
Friendly staff who were always willing to help and the central position.
Rooms are the smallest I've seen in any hotel, let alone a 4 star! My room was the width of a short single bed and the length of one and a half short single beds! These beds must have been made specially small as I am on 5'9'' and yet my feet were right at the end! The hotel began one floor up and didn't have a lift from street level to the hotel lobby, so I found that having to go up a flight of stairs to get to the hotel from the street was inconvenient.
Good location for attractions-tram-metro-bazaar,very clean and excellent staff.
Strange and different breakfast, small room but clean.
Excllent hotel staff like mr. isbael/ahmad/younis
Its was good experience but lot of limitations
It was a great hotel to live in. The Stall was very courteous. The Breakfast spread was very good, the rooms, Bedsheets, etc were very clean. Great Price.
The room size was little small. The free Wifi Internet was on the slower side but was still not bad.
Nice rooms, good breakfast, close to one of the main streets
The best hotel ever in my life , I have been in too many hotels in Istanbul But this hotel is some thing different .
Although small, I enjoyed the pool. The breakfasts were vast and the masseuse was terrific!
Room a little small
